merge_unique_ecosystem_fields.RdPopulates the TEIS fields, REALM, GROUP, CLASS, and KIND as well as SNOW_CODE from the data provided by the unique ecosystem data table. This is performed for each of the 3 components ("Deciles") and will create a variable for each of those component with the exception of the snow code.
